Nightshift is operated by Ruzylo Cloud, LLC. This sheet says what we hold, what we do not, and how to make us give it back or delete it.
Your therapy data
Hours, mask notes, leak tags, and the figures you enter stay on your device. They are held in the app's own on-device store and are not uploaded, mirrored, or backed up to us. We do not have them, which means we cannot read them, sell them, hand them to an insurer or a supplier, or lose them in a breach of ours.
If a future feature ever needs to sync something, we will say so in the app, in plain words, before it happens — and it will be a choice you make rather than a default you discover.
What we do hold
- Your email address — only if you join the register or buy something. Used to write to you about Nightshift and nothing else, and never attached to a night you logged.
- An authentication identifier — only if you choose Sign in with Apple. We store the opaque Apple user ID; we never receive your real Apple ID or your email address unless you choose to share it.
- Payment details — handled entirely by our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
- Standard server logs — IP address, user agent, and request paths, kept no longer than thirty days for security and debugging.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data, ever, and we do not broker it.
- We do not run third-party advertising trackers — your sleep is not an ad slot.
- We do not use your content to train any AI model.
- We do not send your adherence figures to an insurer, an equipment supplier, or an employer.
Your rights
Write to [email protected] for any of these, and we answer within thirty days.
- Access — a copy of everything we hold about you, in JSON or CSV.
- Deletion — everything we hold, deleted, unless the law requires us to keep a billing record.
- Correction — fix anything wrong, by email or in the app.
- Portability — your own therapy record is already yours; export it from the app whenever you like.
Children
Nightshift is not intended for children under 13, or under 16 in the EU, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes
If we make a material change we will update this sheet and the effective date at its head, and write once to anyone on the register.
