Who this is between
These terms govern your use of Nightshift, an Ardenholt program operated by Ruzylo Cloud, LLC ("we", "us"). Using Nightshift means you agree to them.
The service
Nightshift is software provided as-is: a coach for the adjustment period on CPAP, holding entries you make yourself. We work to keep it running and useful, but we offer no uptime guarantee and no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, except where the law requires one.
Not medical advice, and not a medical device
Nightshift is education, coaching and record-keeping. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, it is not an FDA-cleared diagnostic, and it is not a medical device. It does not read your machine, prescribe, or make a clinical judgment of any kind.
It coaches comfort and adherence only — mask fit, humidity, exhale relief, ramp timing, mask style, and keeping track of your own nights. It will not tell you to change a prescribed pressure, and no release will. Pressure and prescribed settings are set by your sleep clinician; talk to them before you start, stop, or change any treatment, and never set aside professional advice because of something you read here.

What you pay, and what that buys
Nightshift has no price yet. Nothing can be bought here today, and no figure appears on this site because none has been set. The price is published on the program page before launch and before any purchase is possible.
When it is published, these are the terms it will be published under, and they are stated now so that they cannot be quietly rewritten later.

The thirty-day guarantee
Thirty days, money back, on every platform, with no exceptions and no reasons asked. This is a term of the program rather than a courtesy we may withdraw, and it attaches to the price on the day a price exists.
Bought from us: write to [email protected] and the payment comes back. Bought through Apple: Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com under its own policy — and if Apple declines inside our thirty days, write to us and we make it right ourselves.
Your nights are unaffected either way, because they were never anywhere but your device.
Your account, if you ever make one
You do not need an account to use Nightshift. Logging a night asks for nothing at all — no email address, no sign-in, no wall in front of the thing you came for.
If an account is ever offered, it exists to prove what you own: an email address and a license key, never your hours, your mask notes, your figures, or anything else about your sleep. Your therapy data never leaves your device; an account holds licenses, never your nights. We run no server holding your record, which means we cannot read it, restore it, or hand it to anyone who asks.
If you do make one, keep your sign-in link and any key private, and tell us at [email protected] if you believe either has been misused.
What we will never send on your behalf
Nightshift does not report, file, or forward anything to any third party for you. It sends nothing to your insurer, your equipment supplier, your employer, or your clinic. Adherence figures shown in the app are for you; if a clinician or an insurer needs them, you export them and hand them over yourself, on your own decision, every time.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Nightshift to harm anyone.
- Do not rely on it as a substitute for care from a qualified clinician.
- Do not break, probe, or reverse-engineer the service, except where the law permits it.
- Do not use it for spam, harassment, or anything illegal.
Ending it
You can stop using Nightshift whenever you like: delete the app and nothing of yours is left behind on our side, because nothing of yours was there. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms are being broken, with notice where that is feasible.
Liability
To the maximum extent the law permits, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of Nightshift is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located there.
Changes
If we make a material change we will update this sheet and the effective date at its head, and write once to anyone on the register. Continuing to use Nightshift after a change means you accept it.
